Community Programs
House Watch
The Henderson County Sheriff Department's House Watch Program is designed to provide peace of mind to our residents while they are away from home for extended periods of time, whether for vacation, illness, work-related travel, or other circumstances.  Call (731) 968-7777 between 8am-4pm to register for this service.

Neighborhood Watch
The purpose of the Neighborhood Watch program is to organize neighbors and bring them together in order to make them more vigilant about what transpires in their neighborhood. Neighborhood watches help reduce the fear and incidence of crime, thus making our city a safer place to live, work, and play. If you would like to organize a neighborhood watch program in your area, please contact us at (731) 968-7777 between 8am-4pm.

Call a Cop
To better insure the safety of Henderson County residents, the Sheriff's Department offers complimentary rides home on New Year's Eve. Beginning at 7pm on New Year's Eve, a person just has to call 731-968-2407 and a deputy will pick them up and carry them home within Henderson County.  This service lasts until the last call is received.  Have fun, but be safe - use Call A Cop!
